We do our very best to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
Delivery timescales from dispatch to arrival of goods is approximate as we are unable to control the postal and courier services or arrive when someone is at home to accept them.
Should you require the goods by a certain deadline then please contact us so that we can try and make the appropriate arrangements.
Whilst we endeavour to dispatch and deliver in a timely manner we cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
In the event you require more items than we have in stock, then please contact us and we can let you know the timescales.
Should you wish to cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it you can receive a full refund. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will also be subject to a £10 administration fee (simply because we have probably posted them to you by then!).
Once your items have been delivered you have 14 days in which to return them should they be unsatisfactory.
The items must be returned undamaged, unused, in their original condition and packaging. It is highly advised that you obtain proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost returning the goods (unless the items are faulty).
Once we have received the items and are happy they have been returned in the same condition that they were dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price.
In the unlikely event that items are faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them. We will arrange collection of the goods and if, following our inspection, the items are deemed faulty we will issue you with either replacements or a full refund.
Should you wish to return your items for a refund or an exchange then please advise us and return them as instructed. You will be responsible for the return costs.
We advise that you retain a proof of posting and pop a note in the package explaining your request and also it would really help us if you include your name, address and if possible, your original order number.
